Instructors
She opened Hibernia School of Irish Dance in 2000. In September 2001, she obtained her teaching certification (TCRG) from the Irish Dancing Commission (An Coimisiún le Rincí Gaelacha) in Dublin, Ireland. Ms. Reid has been also screened and cleared for the “Safe Environment Program” by the Catholic Diocese of Dallas. In her early years, Erin trained and competed as a gymnast and was a cheerleader from 7th-11th grades. She studied 6 years of jazz at Anita's School of Dance and 5 years of classical ballet with the Chamberlain School of Ballet. In more recent years, Erin has been guest choreographer for the Lone Star Ballet,
guest instructor in the TCU dance department, as well as the founding
artistic director for Iverin Inc. and the Hibernia Irish Dance Company. |
